Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Retirement of Liquidator

On the 21st day of October 2004 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the
above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Steven Paul Cammish, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
I, Steven Paul Cammish, liquidator of the above-named company, now intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the company from the Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The removal of the company is on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor or shareholder wishing to object to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must notify the Registrar of Companies prior to the 10th day of December 2004.
