Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of October 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Flower 123 Limited be liquidated and that Stewart Evan Brown, chartered accountant of Warkworth, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of October 2004.
