Take notice that, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of Upper Hutt United Investments Limited have, by way of special resolution dated the 28th day of October 2004 at 4.00 p.m., resolved that the company be placed in liquidation and that I, Sean Fitzgerald, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed as liquidator of the company.
