Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the High Court at Auckland on the 21st day of October 2004 at 10.55 a.m., appointed John Trevor Whittfield and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named trust.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 17th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 316 of the Companies Act 1993 (see note), or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
