Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company on the 14th day of October 2004, appointed John Trevor Whittfield and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
They replace the former liquidator Bryan Williams, of Bryan Williams & Associates, who was appointed liquidator on the 27th day of August 2004.
