Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Apex Security & Investigations Limited on the 29th day of January 2004 at 10.35 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
