Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Trevor James Croy, chartered accountant of Croys Limited, Ashburton, has been appointed liquidator of Tinwald Pharmacy Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of October 2004.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
