Notice of Resignation of Liquidators and
Appointment of Successive Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 28th day of October 2004 at 10.30 a.m., Thomas John Perry and Noel Allan Walton resigned as liquidators and appointed Andrew Marchel Oorschot as their successor.
