Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell, chartered accountant of Grant Thornton, was appointed liquidator of Novus International (NZ) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of January 2004 at 11.30 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 1st day of March 2004, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before their claims
are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
