Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 26th day of October 2004 at 11.00 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Babcock Services (NZ) Limited was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of October 2004.
