Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of October 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the non-trading company of Vinnell Shoes Limited be placed into voluntary liquidation and that Graeme Davey, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of October 2004.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The company filed a solvency certificate with the Companies Office dated the 15th day of October 2004, stating that the company has no liabilities other than to shareholders and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 25th day of November 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
