Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair, of Nair
& Associates, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator of Interglobal Connections NZ Limited on the 15th day of December 2003 at 3.25 p.m.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of January 2004, as the day before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
