Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by shareholders' resolution dated the 18th day of October 2004 at 10.45 a.m. to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Ronald Graeme Sands, as the liquidator for the purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the directors.
The liquidator fixes the 22nd day of November 2004, as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have on the company.
