Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Act 1993, and in the matter of Zero Freight Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of October 2004 at 10.19 a.m., Zero Freight Limited was placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy
were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to an order by the High Court in Palmerston North.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of October 2004.
