On the 15th day of October 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that H.Meyer Properties Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of October 2004 at 4.00 p.m.
