Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Hende Investments Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 5th day of October 2004 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of October 2004 at 11.43 a.m.
