Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 122 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of October 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders that Waipahi Land Services Limited be liquidated and that Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of October 2004 at 9.30 a.m.

Public notice is given the liquidator has set the 20th day of November 2004 as the date by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have.
