Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company appointed John Maurice Leonard and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 23rd day of February 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims they may have against the company or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
