Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 12th day of October 2004, Raymond Gordon Burgess was appointed liquidator of the above-named company which ceased business in November 2003 and is being wound up for administrative purposes.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 19th day of November 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
