Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) and section 243 (8) and
(9) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of
Kent Tracy Company Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of October 2004 at 2.00 p.m., I, Graham Lewis St John Pedler, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
Notice is given, pursuant to section 245 of the Act, that:
(a) having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company, the likely result of the liquidation and other relevant matters, the liquidator considers a meeting of creditors should not be held; and
(b) there are no known creditors.
