I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by resolution of the shareholders
of the company, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 7th day of October 2004, I was appointed liquidator of Radiata Haulage Limited.
