Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Pallet and Drum Recycling Company Limited (in liquidation) on the 7th day of October 2004 at 10.22 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
