Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 19th day of January 2004 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the
above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Jonathan Wilgermein, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
