Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 27th day of September 2004 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tyser
& Co NZ Limited be liquidated and that Trevor Deed, accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of September 2004.
