Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gordon Ronald Lash, chartered accountant of Coffey Davidson Limited, was appointed liquidator of Terrybank Farm Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of September 2004 at 11.46 a.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
