Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland dated the 23rd day of September 2004, Kerryn Mark Downey and William Guy Black, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of September 2004 at 1.04 p.m.

The liquidator has fixed the 23rd day of November 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
