Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Stephen J. Earlly, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on the 23rd day of January 2004 at 12.30 p.m., the date and time the liquidation commenced.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 245 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be held given that there are no secured creditors of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator does hereby fix the 12th day of February 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
