Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 19th of September 2004 at 2.00 p.m., it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Soma Meadows Limited be liquidated and that Hamish Grant Macdougall,
of Spicer & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
