Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 13th day of September 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Timeless Recycled Clothing Limited be liquidated and that Grant Bruce Reynolds and Gilbert Dale Chapman, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of September 2004 at 10.30 a.m.
