Notice is hereby given that Paul Neville Barnett was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company on the 9th day of September 2004 at 2.00 p.m., under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
This is the liquidation of a solvent company and a creditors' meeting will not be held.
