I, Trevor Edwin Laing, hereby give notice that, for the purposes of winding up a solvent, non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993,
I was appointed liquidator of W L Tyrie & Co Limited with effect from the 21st day of August 2004 at 1.00 p.m.
The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
