Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Gisborne dated the 27th day of August 2004 at 9.05 a.m., Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of August 2004.
