Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Vestal Cladding Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of September 2004 at 10.05 a.m., Vestal Cladding Limited was placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named company pursuant to an order by the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of September 2004.
