Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liqudiation of the
above-named company commenced on the 8th day of September 2004 at 1.30 p.m., when the members appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with
section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
