Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993, and in the matter of Autolink New Zealand Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of September 2004 at 9.05 a.m., Autolink New Zealand Limited was placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named company pursuant to a special resolution signed by the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of September 2004.
