Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas McGregor Simpson, chartered accountant of McFarlane Hornsey Simpson Limited, was appointed liquidator of Carrick Farm Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of September 2004 at 9.00 a.m.
