Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson were appointed interim liquidators of the above-named company on the 6th day of September 2004 at 9.50 a.m. by the High Court, Wellington, in accordance with section 246 of the Companies Act 1993.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the interim liquidators forthwith.
