Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Leigh Anthony Bamfield and Judith Marie Bamfield, hereby give notice that, for the purpose of winding up
a solvent, non-trading, company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, we were appointed as liquidators of Homemakers Hardware & Building Supplies Limited with effect from the 26th day of January 2004 at 10.30 a.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to our appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of Homemakers Hardware & Building Supplies Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 26th day of March 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 2003 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
