Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 26th day of August 2004 at 11.55 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, AFFCO Trading Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of August 2004.
