Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 23rd day of January 2004 at 2.00 p.m., when the members, subject to special resolutions as provided by section 106 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), appointed Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, chartered accountants of Auckland, liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Act.
Should any creditor claim a security interest over any of
the assets of the above-named company, please contact the liquidator immediately with the details.
