Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 27th day of August 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Claremont Martinborough Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of August 2004 at 9.30 a.m.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 30th day of September 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
