Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the companies commenced on the 22nd day of January 2004 at the times specified, when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Grant Robert Graham and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
