Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Paul John Duggan, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator of J.F. Martin Holdings Limited on the 24th day of August 2004 at 9.25 a.m., at which date and time the liquidation commenced by a special resolution of the shareholders of J.F. Martin Holdings Limited.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company's solvency and, accordingly, no creditors meeting is required to be called.
