Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Dennis Clifford Parsons, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of Zoom Wheels and Tyres Limited on the 27th day of August 2004 at 4.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
