Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Jacobi and Brent Lowe, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Bifino Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of January 2004 at 9.00 a.m.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 26th day of February 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
