Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of August 2004 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that A J Newman Solicitors Nominee Co Limited be liquidated and that Jennifer Katherine Bond, consultant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of August 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
