Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Desmond Pin Pin Chia, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of Hornbill Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd of October 2003 at 12.28 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 12th day of February 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
