Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of August 2004 at 12.07 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that Wellsford Paper Chase Limited be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, and John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 20th day of September 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
