Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 16th day of August 2004 at 8.30 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Te Ngae Whangamarino Limited be liquidated and that Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of August 2004 at 8.30 a.m.
