Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Sylvan Furniture Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 3rd day of August 2004 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of August 2004 at 4.30 p.m.
